Refund Policy

Scope of Refunds

Once User Acceptance Testing (UAT) is completed and signed off by the client, the amount paid for the services becomes non-refundable. UAT serves as the final confirmation of the delivered services meeting the agreed-upon specifications and requirements.

 

Request for Refunds

  • Pre-UAT Stage: Before the commencement of UAT, if the client wishes to cancel or discontinue the services, a refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Any refund requests during this stage should be made in writing to our support team.

  • Post-UAT Stage: Once UAT is completed and signed off by the client, no refunds will be provided for the services rendered, as the project is considered complete and accepted.

 

Refund Processing

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable time frame after approval.

  • Any expenses incurred for third-party tools, licenses, or resources specifically procured for the project will be deducted from the refund amount.

 

Cancellation of Services

  • Clients can cancel ongoing services at any time before UAT completion.

  • If the cancellation occurs before UAT, any applicable refund will be subject to deduction for work completed and expenses incurred up to the cancellation date.
