Scope of Refunds
Once User Acceptance Testing (UAT) is completed and signed off by the client, the amount paid for the services becomes non-refundable. UAT serves as the final confirmation of the delivered services meeting the agreed-upon specifications and requirements.
Request for Refunds
Pre-UAT Stage: Before the commencement of UAT, if the client wishes to cancel or discontinue the services, a refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Any refund requests during this stage should be made in writing to our support team.
Post-UAT Stage: Once UAT is completed and signed off by the client, no refunds will be provided for the services rendered, as the project is considered complete and accepted.
Refund Processing
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable time frame after approval.
Any expenses incurred for third-party tools, licenses, or resources specifically procured for the project will be deducted from the refund amount.
Cancellation of Services
Clients can cancel ongoing services at any time before UAT completion.
If the cancellation occurs before UAT, any applicable refund will be subject to deduction for work completed and expenses incurred up to the cancellation date.
